Rangers players and employees have declared a one-week social media boycott due to questions about how outlets handle racial violence.

The club wants to emphasize “a lack of transparency and responsibility” from social media sources, according to the club.

Racist violence has been directed at midfielder Glen Kamara and strikers Alfredo Morelos and Kemar Roofe on social media.

On Thursday at 8pm, the boycott will begin.
