After the success of the 2019 remake of “Living In Bondage“, Play Network Studios returns with yet another remake. This time they are taking on the classic 1995 Nollywood movie “Rattlesnake” whose original starred Francis Duru (replaced by Stan Nze in the remake) in the lead alongside Nkem Owoh (replaced by Chiwetalu Agu).
SYNOPSIS: After Ahanna Okolo’s life as he knows it ends, he decides to steal the life he always wanted. He has just one rule – no bloodshed. He assembles a group of men with various skills, carrying out a series of spectacular heists, always ten steps ahead of the police. However, when their biggest heist takes an unexpectedly deadly turn, the gang suddenly finds themselves with bitter enemies on both sides of the law.
The remake is executive produced by Charles Okpaleke, produced by Chris Odeh (Oloibiri), written by Nicole Asinugo (Living In Bondage: Breaking Free) and directed by Ramsey Nouah. The film stars Stan Nze, Osas Ighodaro, Elma Mbadiwe, Bucci Franklin, Efa Iwara, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, AY Makun, Chiwetalu Agu, Emeka Nwagbaraocha, Odera Adimorah, Brutus Richard, Ejike Asiegbu, Fred Amata, Chinyere Wilfred, and Nobert Young.
