Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) returned to Nigeria on Thursday after a trip to London.
On March 30, Buhari visited London, United Kingdom, for a “routine medical check-up.”
President Adesina is expected to return to the country in the second week of April, according to Adesina.
Around 4.45 p.m., the presidential jet carrying Buhari and some of his closest aides touched down at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.
Prof Ibrahim Gambari, the President’s Chief of Staff, led a delegation of top government officials to greet him at the airport.
